BJH Engineering Ltd, an engineering consulting company providing engineering, institutional strengthening and capacity building services in the dam safety and water resources area, including dam safety review and assessment, evaluation, design review, environmental impact assessment, inspection and reporting, emergency preparedness planning, training and testing, to various governments, consultants, industry and funding agencies including World Bank, CIDA and FAO.

Barry Hurndall has thirty five years experience, including twenty years management experience, in dam safety and water resources as a Provincial Regulator and Director of water resources; water resources management, including dam design and construction, flood control, training, water resources development, project management, emergency preparedness and disaster planning and testing, water supply and treatment, operation and maintenance and training.
